We will compare tenders received on a compliance basis only. 2 Project Specifications This tender is to provide an ultra short base line (USBL) positioning system that includes the further operational required extras of 3 x USBL beacons, two USBL beacon chargers, 30m deck cable and 8m deck cable. The USBL will be used in a custom R&D application so must conform to the following specification to meet the high accuracy requirements of this project.
