## Notice

Work is expected to commence late 2023/early 2024 and be competed by April 2024 Tenderers are required to submit a fixed price tender up to the value of PS180,000 inclusive of VAT The brief is to provide an innovative, inclusive modern youth space for children age 10 to mid teens of all abilities and to provide a safe social space for those children. In addition, to upgrade the existing toddler/young child playground. A full tender document is attached. Tenders should be returned by 1 p.m. Thursday September 28th 2023
