As an institutional, mission critical service, we are looking for a solution which: *Can robustly support in excess of 40,000 active users *Provides the full range of possible learning and teaching activities through an interface solidly rooted in contemporary web design *Is backed by a company providing a comprehensive and responsive customer support offering *Can support the University delivering on the EU directive around web accessibility requirements for public sector bodies *Has a proven track record in providing institutional Virtual Learning Environments in the Higher Education sector The term of contract will be an initial 3 year term with the option to extend by a further by an indefinite number of 12 month periods at the discretion of the University.. 2 x 12 months Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
