These properties all require major adaptations to refurbish and reconfigure into residential accommodation for affordable housing. The properties are; 3 decommissioned hostels (31-35 Lower Hastings Street; 129 Loughborough Road; 102-104 Myrtle Road) and one is a vacant house previously in Multiple Occupation (17 Seymour Street). The works entail the full refurbishment/remodelling of 4 properties into residential accommodation for affordable housing.
