## Summary

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is inviting tenders for the "Provision of John Perry Children's Centre Nursery Services," aimed at organisations capable of delivering quality childcare in the Village ward, Dagenham. This service is critical for children aged three months to five years and is anticipated to commence on 1st September 2016, potentially extending the nursery's capacity from approximately 52 to 68 places. Interested parties must submit their tenders by 10am on 29th March 2016, with additional requirements to ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and a commitment to performance monitoring by the council.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the childcare and early years education sector, particularly those with a robust background in managing Ofsted registered nurseries rated "Good" or "Outstanding." The inviting council seeks providers who can partner with them effectively and demonstrate relevant experience. Companies positioned to leverage this opportunity include small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) keen on expanding their service offerings in early childhood education.
