The objective is to provide the best possible support in accordance with the lifestyle and wishes of each individual Customer, incorporating a person-centred, asset-based approach to service delivery. Suppliers must have a track record and experience in providing shared lives services and demonstrate the ability to be able to deliver the service across the contract area.
