## Summary

Worcestershire County Council is initiating a procurement process to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Learning and Development training courses, titled "Learning and Development Council Wide Training Requirements Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)." This tender, which falls under the Education and training services category, is currently in the planning stage, with a deadline for submissions set for 29 September 2023. The contract period will commence on 30 September 2023 and run until 1 October 2026, with services to be delivered primarily at their base in Worcester, England.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for businesses specialising in training and qualification courses, especially those that are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs). Companies capable of delivering a wide range of training services, including social work, health and safety, and corporate skills, would be particularly well-suited to compete. By securing a place on the DPS, successful bidders will gain pre-approved status, allowing them to respond to future training requirements from the council, thereby fostering growth and collaboration with public sector organisations.
