This tender represents a promising opportunity for businesses specialising in staffing services, especially those accustomed to supplying temporary personnel for public sector roles. Companies with expertise in providing customer service professionals, particularly those experienced in contact centre environments, could find substantial business growth through this contract. The key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries relating to Adult Social Care via multiple channels, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience, and managing IT systems for service request processing. The requirement of a standard DBS check and GCSE qualifications in English and Maths suggests that businesses providing pre-vetted, qualified candidates will be well-positioned to compete. This tender also indicates potential repeat business, as it mentions being outside of the Council's master vendor scheme, implying varied future procurement needs.
