The services sourced under this agreement will directly support the Trust's mHabitat (Mobile Health) team in improving health, care and other public services; specifically through the use of technology/digital innovation. This process will establish a framework agreement in accordance with the Specification(s) within the attached documents, and in line with NHS Framework terms and conditions of contract. The framework shall have an initial term of 1 year with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The total length of the framework shall not exceed 2 years in total. For clarity, and in accordance with the NHS Framework terms and conditions, admittance to the framework will not constitute a guarantee of any volumes of work.
