The framework will include: Pacemakers Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICDs) Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy devices - CRT-P & CRT-D Loop Recorders Leads Associated products and accessories Sterile pockets Stylets Lead delivery system Lead extraction system Access products Remote Monitoring devices Contract term HTE proposes to enter into the Framework Agreement for a maximum period of 4 years with the successful Tenderer (Successful Tenderer), being an initial 2 years period and the option to extend, in HTE's discretion, by 2 period of 12months each, after the initial period.
