Property (including Leasehold Residential Properties) - PS1,225,000-PS1,925,000 2. Fidelity Guarantee - PS168,000-PS308,000 3. Combined Liability - PS2,534,00-PS3,234,000 4. Motor Fleet - PS1.554,000-PS2,554,000 5. Combined Engineering - PS224,000-PS364,000 6. Museum/Fine Arts - PS161,000-PS231,000 7. Combined package of lots 1-4 - PS5,481,000-PS7,721,000 8. Asbestos Removal Liability - PS49,000-PS84,000 The initial contract term is 36 months with an option to extend for a further 48 months (2 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents. .
