## Summary

The University of Southampton is seeking suppliers for the "Provision of ECO (Eczema Care Online) Webapp," a project focused on helping manage eczema in parents and children through online toolkits. The procurement falls under the category of "world wide web (www) site design services," with a contract value of £60,000. The procurement method used is an open procedure, and the tender closed on 21 May 2021. Successful implementation of the webapp is anticipated to begin on 14 June 2021, with a contract duration of one year.

This opportunity presents significant potential for web development and digital service companies, particularly those with experience in healthcare-focused applications and online toolkits. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are well-suited to participate, especially those that can demonstrate innovation in digital health solutions. As the University intends to disseminate the resulting webapp through NHS channels and charities, successful suppliers could gain valuable exposure and partnerships in the health sector.

## Notice

Eczema Care Online (ECO) is a research project that aims to help parents, children, and young people get control and keep control of their eczema. It is being led by the Primary Care Research Centre in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Southampton. We have developed two online toolkits to help young people and families get control and keep control of eczema. One toolkit is for parents of children with eczema, and the other is for young people with eczema. These toolkits were designed alongside parents, children, and young people with eczema and are currently being evaluated in two large clinical trials to test their effectiveness for improving eczema. The two online toolkits were originally developed using LifeGuide software and we want to have them redeveloped onto one webapp that can be disseminated through various NHS routes and charities.
