It supports Parliament in holding government to account and helps improve public services through high-quality audits. The NAO sought to transform how it undertakes financial audits by procuring a flexible case management technology solution capable of supporting dynamic workflows, robust content management, effective collaboration, data-led audit capability, and seamless integration with existing NAO systems. To achieve this, NAO launched a Competitive Dialogue procurement exercise in 2020, resulting in the contract award in 2022. Description of the modifications The contract was amended to increase the implementation phase cost by PS109,983.37. Delivery dates for final milestones were revised, and certain functional requirements were updated following completion of the MVP stage. Elements no longer required for the implementation phase were removed, while others were replaced to reflect technological developments and improved user benefits.
