The Authority has taken ownership of building 150, Thompson Avenue, Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Didcot, OX11 0GD and the Authority requires Facility Management (FM) for this building in addition to the FM services currently being provided at building 329. 2. The Authority also requires Inclusive Repair Threshold (IRT) to be undertaken in building 329 and building 150.
