The service will cover: * the restaurant/cafe facility to cater for up to 1200 council employees, customers and visitors. * business hospitality requirements, that serve the wider civic, members, corporate and commercial needs The form of contractual agreements for the Council House front end restaurant & kitchen will be based on a commercial lease and the hospitality requirements will be on a service contractual agreement. The lease and service elements will be set up to co-terminate. The contact is for an initial 3 year term with the option to extend for a further 2 years in annual increments.
