## Notice

* Provide strategic and technical architecture expertise working closely with the SABP CTO and Adapt+ Programme team. * To enable the delivery of a target architecture and data architecture for the Trust open data platform that will initially deliver the patient outcomes phase whilst ensuring the platform foundations are ready for further applications with SABP trusted partners. * Work with the Adapt+ Programme team as subject matter experts and strategic advisors throughout the planned procurement of the data platform required by SABP from soft market testing through to contract signature. * Advise and input into the resource plan to enable rapid mobilisation of the engineering team that will be required and aligned to the programme plan. * Scope the activities and resource with the Adapt+ Programme Director and team to prepare for the build of mental health outcomes DocuSign Envelope ID: C9200AB2-C4EA-4196-9C5A-BE4511E209EB (proms) including the business/data analysis to prepare the artefacts required to commence the build of the outcomes MVP from April 2023
