South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) took ownership of the Grade II listed site, now known as the South Downs Centre, in 2012. Bidders should refer to the Specification, Pre-Construction Information, Schedule of Works and architect's drawings provided with this Invitation to Tender which provide full details of the requirement. The works proposed are for - Removal of existing render and insulated substrate - Re-rendering in matching lime render over wood fibre board insulation, including decoration, to entire elevation of the rear wing. - Replacement external wall lights will be installed in place of existing.
