## Notice

TRG have a requirement for the Service, Maintenance and repair of Domestic Lifts across its stock portfolio. The most common lifting equipment are stairlifts, curved stairlifts, ceiling track hoists and bath hoists. The tender is broken into regional lots as per below: Lot 1 - North (Including Scotland Ayrshire and Dumfries) Lot 2 - LCR Lot 3 South & Central Estimated spend is PS138,000 per annum (across all lots), the contract duration will be 2 years + 1 + 1 option to extend (Maximum 4 years). It is anticipated 1 contractor will be appointed per lot, contractors can bid for one or more lots. Additional information: Tender documents must be accessed through RiverSource tender portal only https://riversource.wax-live.com/s2c This tender process will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on award is communicated to tenderers. Appeals can be directly raised via the contact points detailed in section VI.4.1) of this contract notice. TRG and all subsidiary undertakings of TRG both current and future. All parts of any current or future group structure of which TRG is or may become, a part additional details of the required service can be found within the tender documents included on the RiverSource tendering portal.
