The new block building is comprised of five floors and is in full use. Toilet Refurbishments: - The proposed works is to refurbish 7 toilets on four floors in the new block of Daneshill House, replacing part of the panelling system and sanitaryware along with ceiling finish. Improving / replacing the lighting and heating. PLEASE NOTE: Site visits are mandatory. Tenders received from contractors who have not completed a site visit will be rejected. Visits should be arranged in the time tabled date range of 01/11/2016 - 04/11/2016 via correspondence. Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
