The London Borough of Bromley are moving to a new Civic Centre, and we are looking to employ the services of a multi-disciplinary professional consultancy services company to help us design, specify and deliver the fit-out of this existing building in Bromley town centre. You will be experienced in delivering previous Local Authority large value contracts and be able to demonstrate that you have worked on commercial fit-out contracts recently. You will be expected to support the Council in successfully delivering a Fast-Tracked RIBA Stages 2-6 with the works being delivered by a separate Design and Build Fit-Out Contractor which you will help procure and manage from inception to completion.
