The requirement will be split into three phases: Phase one: development Phase two: delivery Phase three: legacy Phase one and Phase two (Initial period) will have a start date between February 2022 - February 2023 (with some flexibility around start date) and be for a duration of 12 months with an option for a time based extension for a further three months (with agreement) if required. Phase three: legacy - up to 12 months duration commencing from the end of Phase one and two (initial period).
