Project brief/summary *Loft insulation to the Connaught Studio roof. *PV panels to localised areas of the Studio and theatre roofs. *Heating Modifications in plantroom to allow for future connection of District Heating System. *Insulation of existing LTHW pipework. *Variable speed pump installation. *Heating zone control valves. *New heating circuit and heater batteries to roof mounted auditorium AHU's. *Domestic Hot Water Service cylinder to be replaced with a plate heat. exchanger, buffer vessel & ancillaries to suit the district heating energy source. *Replacement radiators. *Replace all TRV's with Dynamic radiator control valves (D-TRV's) on heating system. *New 2 port control valves for zone control. *New 2 pipe circuit pipework for auditorium to enhance existing single pipe system. *Zone energy metering.
