## Summary

The City of Liverpool College is currently in the planning stage of its procurement process for a Toilet Upgrade Programme. This project, classified under the industry category of Building Installation Work (CPV code 45300000), involves comprehensive toilet refurbishments and reconfigurations across three sites: Vauxhall Road, Duke Street, and The Arts Centre, all located on the ground floor in the North West region of the United Kingdom. The planned works are expected to occur over the summer period, commencing in late June and completing by mid-August 2025. The early engagement notice was published on 25th February 2025, with a key milestone being the site visit on 4th March 2025.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to participate in a public project with a substantial scope of work. Companies with expertise in refurbishment and installation, particularly those that can provide cost-effective yet quality solutions, would be well-suited to compete for this tender. Additionally, businesses that prioritise hygiene and accessibility in their installations will find this project aligns well with their capabilities. Interested suppliers are invited to attend the site visit and collaborate with the college to deliver modernised, functional, and inclusive toilet facilities.
