## Notice

Cheshire East Council would like to invite organisations to attend a market consultation event (on Microsoft Teams) to review and feedback on the approach and specification for the upcoming procurement to distribute LEVI funding from OZEV. A questionnaire is attached to the market consultation event on www.the-chest.org.uk along with a draft version of the specification for review and comment. All feedback must be received via www.the-chest.org.uk prior to 1st November 2024 at 12 noon via the chest to be considered. Clarifications should also be asked via the-chest. The market engagement event will be held on 24th October 2024 10am-12pm. To attend this event, please email victoria.adjekum@cheshireeast.gov.uk to confirm the email addresses of the attendees. The Authority intends to proceed to procurement of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (LEVI) in late 2024 to early 2025, however makes no guarantees, commitments or representations that it will commence a procurement process. This Notice is an indication of potential future procurement activity and is subject to change. The engagement opportunity is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process and is not a commitment by the Authority to enter a procurement process. The Authority is keen to explore all options or solutions that may be currently available in the market and would like to engage with potential providers in this regard.
