## Notice

The amount of people passing through important points in Watford Town Centre needs to be collected using a suitable method to provide accurate and timely data of the footfall in the Town Centre. Watford Borough Council is seeking a Contractor to provide this service for up to 2 years. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
