Ensures growth is shared by all, reducing inequalities with high quality job opportunities for all demographics across the district. 6. Is built on a collaborative consensus of those who live, work and study here now The appointed consultancy needs to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing visions and strategies in this discipline with expertise in developing a route map that is transformational yet grounded in reality and supported by our communities All quotation response documents must be returned electronically to Andrew Gostelow at agostelow@winchester.gov.uk by no later than 10am Monday 1 March 2021.
