Border Force are looking to purchase 3 x Hyundai Model 30BH-9 forklift trucks (lifting capacity of 3000kg) to be supplied and delivered by Friday 31st March 2021. Alternative manufacturers / models with similar specifications will also be considered. Requirements: 3 x Electric Forklift Trucks Nominal Capacity: 3000kg Maximum Lift Height: 4700mm Mast: 3 stage Fork Length: 1200mm Tyres: Semi Solid black puncture proof (solid tyres) Side shift Lighting: front / rear LED Reversing bleeper Flashing beacon LED Load back rest Rear view mirror Standard manual levers Suspension seat with seat switch Full operator presence sensing system Shuts down drive and hydraulic when not on the truck Adjustable steering column Pre - set drive programmes to limited speed Curve speed control Overhead rain cover (windscreen/doors not essential) 80v 810a/h battery complete with float type filling system and top up warning LED at battery plug Midac high frequency 8 hr 3 phase charger Additional Comments: Typical daily operating hours: Ranging from 30 mins to several hours at a time The Forklift Trucks will be used primarily indoor with occasional outdoor use The forklifts will mainly be used to transport pallets. The forklifts must be capable of operating on ramps Container operation Warranty: Minimum 24 months or 3000 hrs full warranty parts and labour Delivery Addresses (1 forklift truck to be delivered to each location): Immingham Dock, Immingham, DN40 2NL, United Kingdom Killingholme Port, Clough Lane, North Killingholme, North Lincolnshire, DN40 3JP. Teesport, Eustace House, Middlesbrough, TS6 7SA Please provide the following with your proposal: The cost for each forklift as well as the delivery charges to each of the locations identified above. The required delivery date is by the 31st March 2021. If you are unable to deliver by this date however please confirm the earliest available date. Please acknowledge your acceptance that any contract between the Home Office and your company will be subject to the Standard UK Government Short Form Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services (attached for reference). Notes for Bidders: Any questions, queries or clarifications regarding this tender should be submitted to adam.jones43@homeoffice.gov.uk by 5:00pm on Friday 29th January 2021 at the latest. All proposals should be submitted to adam.jones43@homeoffice.gov.uk by 12:00pm on Wednesday 3rd February 2021.
