This will include production of high-level guidance for EA staff and delivery partners, which will be used to raise awareness of available MMC techniques appropriate for different types of infrastructure. 2. To review and report on the baseline level of use of MMC techniques by the EA in delivery of its capital programme(s) following discussions with project teams on circa 22 projects. 3. To identify barriers to, and incentives for, the use of MMC techniques in the EA's capital programme(s), and to make suggestions on how the EA may increase use of MMC techniques.
