You will then receive an email giving you a link to the documentation provided and be able to access the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). The PQQ is required to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 17:00 on Friday 24th March 2017. Following the evaluation of the PQQ's the shortlisted contractors will be invited to tender.
