The service will include but is not limited to the following: * Psychological assessment prior to bilateral mastectomy; * 6-12 psychological support sessions following assessment outcome if appropriate; * Assessment outcome letter and plan sent to referee within 24 hours of the initial assessment; * Where further psychological investigation is required, a letter sent to the referrer specifying the duration (start and finish date). Indicative Activity: There are currently three patients identified for referral. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 1 - 2 patients every month.
