The system is a fully secure web based system that will not need any specialist software and can be used by any of the Council's devices such as Smart Phone, Laptops, Tablet and Hybrid Machines. Therefore a direct award via the G-Cloud 14 framework has been conducted following Beam Up being identified as the sole provider of this system in a search, this will also retain continuity with the current standard tool being used by Social Workers in England.
