The consultant will required to perform services for the duration of RIBA Work Stages 2 to 6. The successful consultancy will liaise with the Design Team to define the acoustic design criteria with reference to BREEAM and other relevant standards. Consultancies will be required to provide impact assessments and full reporting by Stage 3 and beyond. Additional specialist requirements such as but not limited to control of vibration and ground borne noise and EIA reports may also be required. Please refer to the procurement documentation for full scope of works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
