Lot 2 - Project Management, Contract Administration with Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy, Principal Designer and NEC Supervisor (RIBA Plan of Work Stage 0-7) Both Lots have three value Bands which are: * Band A: PS0 - PS5m * Band B: PS5 - PS10m * Band C: PS10m+ Potential Providers are welcome to bid for both Lots if they wish but will be expected to be able to provide services across all three value Bands.
