Proven expertise in delivering complex marketing campaign processes to this level for a minimum of 15-20 marketing organisations will be required. Suppliers must be able to provide detailed case studies including demonstrating the impact that their implementation had on the businesses. The marketing campaign process will need to design the main process from pre-planning through to evaluation and any relevant sub processes Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
