We would now like to set up a rolling programme of user research to understand how our users interact with the site, the usability issues they face and verify whether the user journeys they take reflect the ones we designed. This will inform an ongoing programme of development for the site to cover 3 or 4 areas for investigation Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
