The expected outcome of the project should be increased appropriate uptake of online primary care access routes within the project area. Evaluation will need to include pre and post surveys of the engagement period (anticipated to run over 6-8 week period); including operational data. The engagement period (between practices and patients) is anticipated to start no later than the end of September 2021.
