Attached separately are early concept drawings. The scope of the works is to take RIBA Stage 2 concept designs and follow through the RIBA Stage process until Phase 5 (RIBA stage 7). It is to include finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures and equipment. The project is currently at phase 2 of the phasing process: Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
