The project is subject to successful planning consent and will require the successful Tenderer to work with the Authority's appointed event manager and other stakeholders to meet all planning criteria and develop the actual footprint of the event. This Invitation to Tender is open to creativity and innovation in order to provide a quality ice rink that places Coventry as a leading tourism and retail destination during the Christmas period.
