The focus will be on establishing practical institutional arrangements that can function reliably and build confidence among national counterparts and development partners. The programme will advise on approaches to expand access to climate finance from multilateral funds, strengthen engagement with Somali private sector actors and wider civil society, and enhance national capacity across all relevant national stakeholders to prepare and advance a coherent and inclusive pipeline of climate relevant initiatives.",
