## Notice

This Framework may be utilised by other Service Areas within Thirteen Housing Group providing Thirteen and the Contractor agree in writing to use of this Framework and its Terms and Conditions prior to any works commencing. Thirteen are seeking to appoint up to 5 contractors per lot, on an "as required basis" to support and supplement the in-house team in their day to day works and out of hours emergencies
