## Notice

The roles and requirements will include, Scope of Services * Confirm client awareness of CDM duties. * Confirm suitable CDM management arrangements in place for the project. * Gap analysis review of existing information advise on surveys and investigations required. * Site visit(s) - identify hazards/risks and gather pre-construction information (PCI). * Prepare pre-construction information 'pack.' * Set up and update project hazard and risk management (HARM) register/HARM Zero. * Facilitate collaborative design risk management. * Attend design team meetings/workshops as required (via video conferencing where possible). * Provide where required CDM progress reports including HARM summary. * Provide where required CDM/H&S advice and support for the project team. * Confirm content and format of health and safety file
