Mentoring is provided alongside the Job Brokering service. The aim of 1-2-1 mentoring is to identify any barriers or potential barriers that may impact or hinder the young person's progression into work, learning or apprenticeship. The aim is also to raise self-awareness, increase self-confidence, motivation and self esteem. There is annual projection of 30 participants on the WFM programme, each allocated up to 6 mentoring sessions, some participants may need less then 6 sessions.
