Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The MCA wishes to purchase three Intrinsically Safe Hydraulic Power Packs with the option to purchase a further 3 systems in the Financial year 2018-19. There is no guarantee of placing this further order as it will be subject to budget availability. The Power Packs will be required to be intrinsically safe for Zone 1 Hazardous Areas, complying with UK and European Legislation.
