High level guttering should also be included as part of programme of works. The University currently utilizes a contractor that supplies 1.5 FTE to achieve its external cleaning requirements (including internal glazing.) Whilst the University of Northampton is looking for a tender based on this system, we are also open to suggestions for improved methods of running the contract. The University requires an organisation to provide the services outlined from February 2020.
