The Pathway comprises 14 units of supported housing based at Pinder House and Claremont House, and also supports up to 10 rough sleepers who have moved into their own accommodation. The Council proposes to enter into one contract for a period of one year with the successful tenderer (the Contractor). Further details are contained in the Specification. The anticipated Service commencement date is 12th April 2021.
