The various floor finishes are covered in the pricing schedule and the work can be of either a planned or reactive nature. The tenderers' attention is specifically drawn to the fact that a proportion of properties may be occupied throughout the period of the contract with the remaining properties being void, the tenderers are required to include any additional costs involved in their tender to allow for this. One contractor will carry out the work for both Housing and Non-Housing jobs. The Contract will start on 1st August 2018 and end on 31st July 2021.
