We have now developed an approach to testing readiness and maturity of the organisation to accept change. This support will be needed to build on the results and feedback from the pilot testing and stakeholder engagement to proceed with full roll out. Supporting our engagement with senior leaders on the deliverability of the implementation plan and new approach, driving shared ownership and accountability for these initiatives and the successful embedding of change in the organisation.
