Upper ground, levels 1, 2, 4 & 5 has various fit outs that will need to stripped out. Part of levels 4 & 5 are fitted out to a CATA+ specification. HX5 requires a complete strip out of the existing fit out and refurbishment, replace all the MEP, including a full refurbishment of the lifts.
