A separate committee report details the council's intention to appoint Countryside Properties as the Development Management Team ("DMT") as a variation to the wider CRE appointment. This is possible because the first small site homes are needed to provide decant accommodation which will enable the CRE project. Client Professional Advisor is sought to facilitate the required delivery of programme of works to support the development.
