## Notice

The contractor will carry out the Survey, Testing, asset tagging and Servicing of All Fire Dampers (firmly actuated) & Smoke Fire Dampers (automatically activated with fire alarm system as per cause and effect design) at all UHB sites in accordance with the timescales and requirements specified in the Tender. Following on, the agreement may be required to be made accessible to other NHS organisations within the Birmingham and Solihull areas (including but not limited to UHB - University Hospitals Birmingham NHS FT, Birmingham Women's and Children's Management Services and The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHSFT) under the same terms and conditions. Additional information: The Supplier shall ensure that fire dampers are compliant with statutory regulations including, but not limited to BS9999:2017 and all other associated legislation. Dampers are to be tested regularly at least once per Contract Year against legislation and relevant guidance such as HTM03-01.
